There are no restrictions on re-sitting the IELTS. However, you would need to allow sufficient time to complete the registration procedures again and find a suitable test date.

Please contact your local Goethe-Institut to find out whether digital and/or online German exams are offered hinein your country. 

You cannot take notes using pen and paper during your test, however, you can make notes on screen during your Listening, Reading and Writing tests.

You can prepare for IELTS Online in the same way that you would prepare for an IELTS test in a test centre.
